FIXING LATE GRAND-MASTER´S ARTWORK AT MYVT MEIER SCHOOL
Last week I decided to venture into the world of Chinese calligraphy (photo). Fully empirically, I tried the best way to trace the ideogram "humanity" trough a more fluid form.
It all started when my Si Dai Gabriel Faria, who began making Chinese classes at Rio de Janeiro catholic University saw me writing ideograms at MYVT Meier School and commented that I wrote as if they were as we say in Brazil "bat letters" like: A, B, C, etc. .. and not in a fluid form.
When I heard that, I thought it was time to try to improve ...
On one of his visits to Brazil, Si Taai Gung Moy Yat who was a "man of seven instruments", presented us, as several other opportunities, with an artwork on the Luk Dim Bun Gwaan. Unfortunately because of an accident, this work was almost completely compromised.
Therefore, in order to recover this work, members of the Moy Jo Lei Ou Family and Helena Ribeiro , graduated at the School of Fine Arts of the Federal University of Rio and member of the Moy Lin Mah Family, joined in MYVT Meier School to restore it.
Like everything he does, Ailton Jordao (photo), my brother younger Kung Fu, managed to make a fairly decent work that was better than we were expecting when we started that morning.
Later that day, Luciano Freitas, a Si Fu Julio Camacho's disciple like me. Been to Mo Gun with his son Richard (photo) to practice in the Muk Yan Jong.
The Mo Gun is a little like this: It often happens so much, that for one who arrived later, has no idea of what happened earlier. For those who arrived earlier, think nothing interesting would happen after that goes away. And for one who did not show up, do not live anything.
